One aspect of my practice that is a bit uncommon is my focus on overall health and my experience as a therapist. I integrate my various areas of expertise to help many of my clients not just to address problems related to mental health but also to move on to help them optimize their lives through the creation of healthy habits and the skills to recognize and address the most common things that get in the way of contentment and happiness

I also work with people interested in coming off their medications making sure to do this in a safe and comfortable way.
Finally, though many of my patients come to me initially for device about medications, many end up seeing me for weekly therapy because my holistic approach that includes advice about all aspects of life really resonates with them.
