Online Therapy for Sleeping Problems

Sleep problems can take on a variety of manifestations and a psychiatrist is a great first clinician to see to address them.  As a medical doctor, I am aware of the things to look for so am able to refer patients on for more specialized evaluation if necessary, but often, I can offer a solution to patients that can fix most sleep problems relatively quickly and easily.  I think sleeping pills are a great tool to use to help fix disordered sleep but I also think that “natural” sleep is the best sleep so will work with my patients to figure out how to get them sleeping on their own.

Finally, though many of my patients come to me initially for device about medications, many end up seeing me for weekly therapy because my holistic approach that includes advice about all aspects of life really resonates with them.
