IDENTIFYING THE BEST PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT FOR YOU

This is a low level depression that stays with a person over a long period of time.  Generally, dysthymic people are able to function in a minimal way.  They don’t miss work and are able to fulfill most of their basic obligations, but they aren’t able to enjoy things and are far from functioning at their best.  This is one of those conditions that can go under the radar but if we were in the habit of seeing a psychiatrist on a regular basis, would get picked up more often
